Assuris-PACICC

The objectives of the committee are to:

a) React to requests from both Assuris (formerly CompCorp) or PACICC with respect to planned changes to rules and regulations;

b) Review the proposed changes to Assuris/PACICC rules and regulations;

c) Discuss planned changes and possible concerns of CCIR with Assuris/PACICC;

d) Ensure proposed Assuris/PACICC rules and regulations are clear, up to date, unambiguous, and support the objectives of Assuris/PACICC;

e) Where necessary, seek legal advice/review of all or some of the changes;

f) Recommend to CCIR members to object or not to object to the proposed changes; and

g) Advise to Assuris/PACICC of any objections to the proposed changes.
